Are you a clear and business-driven leader who wants to lead the development of one of the most central solutions for Swedish elder care?
We are now looking for a Product Manager to join Intelligent Care AB, part of ASSA ABLOY Care Technologies, based in Halmstad. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our local Care Platform – and a unique opportunity to ensure that our platform continues to be one of our customers', and Sweden's elder care administrations', most valuable tools in their daily work.
Intelligent Care delivers hardware and software for welfare technology, including digital key management, alarm systems for special housing, digital supervision, and time and effort tracking. Most of our solutions are developed and manufactured in Sweden. Our solutions are present in 200 of Sweden's municipalities, and more than 85 million home care visits are made annually with the support of our solutions. What you will do as Product Manager
As Product Manager, you have overall responsibility for both the product's commercial success and its development throughout its lifecycle. You own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and results for the platform, lead how customer and market needs are translated into concrete solutions, and ensure that the product portfolio develops in line with both business goals and technical possibilities. You act as the bridge between business, customers, and technology and are part of the product organization, working closely with Marketing, BID, Business Development, and Solution Sales.
You will also:
- Own and develop the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring a competitive platform.
- Drive requirements, prioritization, and ordering towards Product Owners.
- Be responsible for the product's business results and growth.
- Develop value propositions and pricing, and lead go-to-market strategies and launches.
- Gather and translate customer insights, and lead and develop teams.
The skills and experience you need
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Experience in technical product development, preferably within SaaS or platform solutions.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, positioning, and go-to-market.
- Experience working at the interface between business and technology.
- Ability to translate customer needs into concrete product initiatives.
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
